The 2FSER (2 Flute Single End Regular) Aluma ZrN end mill is designed specifically for machining aluminum and other non-ferrous materials. The 2-flute geometry provides excellent chip evacuation, reducing chip packing during slotting and profiling operations. Manufactured from solid carbide, this tool delivers rigidity and dimensional stability. The ZrN (Zirconium Nitride) coating enhances lubricity and resists built-up edge, improving surface finish and extending tool life in high-speed aluminum applications.
