What percent of cobalt is in our tools?

General purpose tools use 10% of cobalt. Our high performance tools use 12% of cobalt. For diamond coated tools, we use 6% of cobalt.

Where are our tools made?

All of our round tools are made in Riverside, Ca, USA. Our inserts are made overseas.

How can I request a quote?

Please use our Quote request form or call/email us for quotes.

Can I order custom tools?

Yes, customized tool options are available

Can I check the stock on tool products?

The number of tool items that are in stock are displayed on our product pages.

How can I make an online account?

For new customers, click on “LOGIN/REGISTER” link at the top of the page and sign up for an online account. Existing customers can login or click “Forgot Password?” if they forgot their password.

How long before I can use the online services?

Most registrations are completed and sent back via e-mail.

What payment options are available for ordering online?

Customers may chose to open an account or order using a credit card. If you’re using credit card, you will be given the opportunity to register for future purchases. In addition, you will be notified of special promotions.

What do I do if I can’t find the item I’m looking for?
